Lions Pride Publishing is an independent publishing house (known in the trade as an “INDIE”), in business since 1970. We work with lesser-known authors who write non-fiction over a vast and eclectic range of subjects. Over the years we have published dozens of biographies, poetry books, recipe books, instruction manuals, and how-to books. We have sold titles through conventional book stores (e.g., Barnes and Noble), but focus our efforts at present on providing books to Amazon for publication on Kindle Readers, and in physical form through their Create Space subsidiary. We also work with Smashwords, who offer our books to libraries across the country and internationally through a large range of distributors. We also offer downloadable .pdf format books through unique websites, and provide audio books on CDs through eBay.
